Richard Beesley joined the CCID in 2006 originally as Senior Precinct Manager, before heading up the department. Born in District Six, he earned his stripes serving as an officer in the South African Police Service for 20 years, during which time he achieved the rank of Captain.

Kally Benito has had experience in administration, sales and marketing, children’s education and literature (the latter two combined being a field in which she spent 19 years in children’s educational publishing). A very creative person, she also has communication skills and expertise in business management and operations. She has travelled extensively internationally and throughout Africa, enabling her passion for multi-cultural experiences and exposure to new ideas and innovations to both enrich her knowledge and add value to her professional life. 

Mmiselo Ntsime is the Precinct Manager of Precincts1 and 4. He joined the CCID after several years at Deloitte &Touche South Africa where he worked in project management. Prior to that,he worked as a business manager at PC Training.

Carlisle has a BA (UWC) with majors in Geography & Environmental Studies and Tourism, and electives in Language & Communication Studies and Anthropology. Prior to joining the CCID in 2013, he worked primarily in the sales and tourism sectors.
