Heavenly Spa at The Westin

We’re all after some Rest & Relaxation. Treat yourself to the ultimate spoil – some down-time at one of the Cape Town CBD’s special spas. Here’s our pick of the beautiful bunch.

HEAVENLY SPA AT THE WESTIN

This spa lives up to its name. It really is heavenly! With 15 deluxe treatment rooms, you’re guaranteed a sumptuous experience at Heavenly Spa. There are also packages tailored for men such as the Heavenly Men Westin Package for 180 minutes that comprises a back, neck and shoulder massage as well as an energising facial and “fix me” pedicure or manicure.

The winner is the one-hour Heavenly Signature Massage in the Swedish style. It’s a three-stone massage using medium to firm pressure to promote deep relaxation and enhance meditation. It will relax you from head to toe. Hotel and outside guests with a booked treatment can access the spa facilities, including the gym and pool.

This festive season, patrons can enjoy the Cayenne Spa Holiday Bliss offer for some well-deserved R&R. Choose between the Africology Back Exfoliation and Massage or the QMS Deep Pore Cleanse Facial. Both these are R500 for 45 minutes. The signature treatment is the Intonga Amasatchi Deep Tissue Massage which costs R850 for 75 minutes. During this deep tissue and stress relieving treatment, hand techniques and differently sized wooded sticks are used to stretch out tight muscles and eliminate toxic overload caused by daily stress.
